I went to the bouldering gym for the first time in a week. A week ago, I injured my shoulder, and it has been a challenging week dealing with the discomfort. Although my shoulder still feels a bit uneasy, I managed to climb the artificial rock!
Today, I visited a different gym, marking my first time at another bouldering facility. It was an entirely new experience in terms of size, wall height, and the community of gym users. I thoroughly enjoyed the three hours spent there, and I'm eager to return there as soon as possible.
In addition to my bouldering adventure, I also wrote Part 2 of the article on "My Past Experience with Panic Attacks." It turned out to be quite a lengthy text, and while I felt the content might not be sophisticated, I decided to share my experience. I believe that someone out there may find it helpful, and that's what matters most to me.

I went to boldeling gym for the first time in a week. A week ago I wrenched my shoulder. I had a lot of difficulty for one week. I still feel discomfort in my shoulder, I could climb the artificial rock!
And I went the different gym. It was first time for me to go other boldeling gym. There are ultimately different from usual gym about size, wall tall, gym user and so on. I enjoyed it for three hours that was too nice, I want to go the gym as soon as I possible!
I wrote the article "my past experience with panic attacks" Part 2. It was long text. contents is not sophistecated, I considered it was not good to share everyone. But I decided to share my experience, because someone may be helped by my article.
