What I learned in the final chapter of '失敗の科学'.
Those who cling to their status and reject criticism do not experience growth. People grow by repeating failures and accumulating marginal gains. The book states that we must teach children that failure is not something to be ashamed of but something that supports learning. But what about adults? Even if one has a growth mindset when young, does it turn into a fixed mindset with age? I believe that people can continue to grow until the moment they die, so I want to maintain a growth mindset forever.
Let's remember that it is a blessing when someone criticizes us.
