placeof.app is a social utility that lets you showcase your home in a new way. For the time being, you can add your property if you are the owner.
Here are five things you can do here:
1. Create Place
You can create place with simple form.
2. Map is ambiguous
If you type zip code your place will shows “area” in the map. You don’t have to type exact address.
A lot of people show concerns on the privacy of showing the right address. We don’t currently have a plan to add complicated privacy protect feature as it is beta release but if you have a concern on the privacy
3. Write many specs and features
You can go to dashboard and add many specs or feature as each property is different and unique. Many people think energy performance is important and you can contact us if you need more specs. You can also add creators involved in rather detail way.
4. Show daily life in the place
You can post your daily life with place
5. Manage waiting list
Occasionally potential buyer/renter will register to the place waiting list which is a good indicator of your place.
