March has arrived, so I looking back on last month.
In February, I set two goals for myself.
The goal of going to bed at 10 PM was not achieved at all. I hardly remember any day when I went to bed at that time. Conversely, there were several days when I stayed up until the morning due to stress.
As for learning English through TED on my PC, I believe I did it for about two days. This can also be considered as hardly achieved.
Let's delve into why these goals were not achieved.
The reason I couldn't go to bed at 10 PM is, I think, due to the numerous worries about work, making it difficult for me to switch off. This issue is deep-rooted. This month, I will set a goal to finish work by 6 PM. Then, I will do a 30-minute workout to refresh myself.
For learning English, I think the goal was too ambitious. First, I will prioritize making it a smaller goal and focus on maintaining consistency. I will choose one video per week and practice shadowing while watching it repeatedly.
